The Museo Bolivariano is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm. It opens again from 02:00 pm to 05:00 pm. From Saturdays to Sundays it is open 10:00 am to 01:00 pm and 02:00 pm to 05:00 pm.
